AWAKEN YOUR JOY
RECLAIM YOUR RADIANCE
EMBODY YOUR SACRED POWER
This is an invitation to embark on a powerful journey of self discovery and growth, as we decode and peel away the layers of conditioning which have kept our wisdom and innate joy locked away. Together we can reclaim sacred embodied wisdom practices of the Classical non-dual Tantra tradition that are at the foundation of modern Hatha Yoga. This course, and Nancy's teachings, are the fusion of Tantra principles, techniques and vast knowledge, with the elequent and graceful sequencing and skill of Vinyasa Yoga.
Join us for a seven night yoga immersion in the jungle along the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Costa Rican coastline on the Nicoya Peninsula (home to one of the 7 Blue Zones in the world). We will practice in a way that honors our place within the cycles of Nature: the five elements, the earth, the moon & the sun. We will uncover the powerful Tantric ways to reclaim what has for too long been taken from us and rise up with presence, awareness and potency, nourishing our bodies with ancient techniques to create vitality, heightened senses, joy & peace. Replenish your wellspring of inner resources while learning how to teach or practice with the inclusion of Tantric viewpoints, meditations, visualizations and mantras. Recharge and recalibrate amidst the beauty of the Costa Rican warmth, soak up the sun and swim in the life giving waters of these sacred oceans.
Each day we’ll weave yoga asanas, creative movement, tantric philosophy, cosmology and mythology into an embodied awareness practice. Each daily flow of the week will be inspired and informed by nature's five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ethers and their corresponding dieties and goddesses. Working with each one, we’ll explore its energy and qualities within and around us; honoring both the solar and lunar energies. We will journey within and begin to release, redefine, and remember; coming home to our innate intuition and cultivating a sacred sense of empowerment, self-love, trust, vitality and authenticity as divine beings on this manifested earth.

The more adventurous, much longer and a little less comfortable way to Santa Teresa from San Jose isby bus. You would have to take a taxi from San Jose airport to the “Coca Cola” bus station in the city.
