Two experienced retreat leaders will guide you through this transformative journey, ensuring each step of your exploration is held in a container of wisdom, safety, and understanding. IL BAGLIO DELLA SORGENTE

​​​​​Sitting in a peaceful position in the Sicilian countryside, Il Baglio della Sorgente is a lovingly converted winery and stables offering space, light-filled interiors, charm and extensive grounds. The luxurious accommodations and gorgeous pool with surrounding gardens make it ideal for the gathering of friends and groups that want intimacy, privacy and traditional Italian charm.

The rooms have been lovingly refurbished and feature high ceilings, airy atmospheres, clean geometric lines and a captivating mix of modern comforts, contemporary art and traditional Sicilian touches.

The entrance to the main house takes one into an open-plan living and dining area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large dining table. To one side, this space flows into a well-equipped kitchen-diner with access to an al fresco dining area and the surrounding terraces and gardens.
 

Il Baglio della Sorgente sits on a small hill surveying the surrounding countryside. Mature trees provide shade for a variety of al fresco sitting and dining area, while vivid green lawns verge on a large stone-flagged courtyard and a series of terraces, which the accommodation spills out onto.

Beautifully crafted, golden-hued dry stone walls, so characteristic of this area of Sicily, delimit the gardens. A private driveway leads down to the lovely pool area below, which is flanked by a fragrant citrus orchard.

Last but certainly not least are the extensive wooded grounds that fan out behind the property, perfect for a pre-prandial stroll or a touch of early morning exercise.

Daily Tantra Vinyasa Yoga & Therapeutic Yin

​Peeking into the Tantric lens of Yoga as a powerful shift in perspective and possibilities allows one to simultaneously expand their vision and harness focus. During this retreat we will play with powerful techniques that heighten our capacities both physically and energetically. Exploring both traditional and non-traditional movements, postures and possibilities. Soulful guidance and intelligent sequencing bring us into harmony on all levels while uplifting our spirits and energizing our bodies. 

 

Nancy brings to the mat over 30 years of Yoga experience fueled by passionate inspiration, endurance of great hardship and dedication, and a desire to remind others just how powerful and beautiful they are.

Yesica is a blossoming Yoga teacher and neuropsychologist who understands the nervous system and guides with wisdom, humility and love. 

​

 Each day you will be guided, inspired and held in loving space so that you can experience more fullness, more aliveness and more ease as we shift our overrun nervous systems back to homeostasis.  The flow of the week will be inspired and informed by nature's elements, ancient wisdom arts and modern practices for cultivating awareness, clarity, discernment and JOY!  We will explore energetic practices while connecting with presence through the qualities within and around us. Building up our body vessel wellbeing on all levels: physical, mental and emotional, we will journey within and begin to release, redefine, and remember; coming home to our innate intuition and cultivating a sacred sense of empowerment, self-love, trust, vitality and authenticity.
